Julie is a personal trainer with a background in construction project management and structural engineering. She knows that having a strong foundation is imperative – whether for building strong and lasting structures or building a healthy body.
As wife, a mom and a trainer, Julie has always believed that communication and collaboration are key to any successful partnership. When she’s not working, Julie finds time to lift, bike, bake and read.
Having a strong foundation, determination, and the right knowledge base has proven to be an excellent recipe for Julie’s successful track record for herself and her clients’ goals.

Rachel, a local Washingtonian, is a mother of five and a certified personal trainer. She is also a registered dietitian, obtaining her bachelor's degree in Food Science and Nutrition from UMD. Additionally, Rachel has a bachelor’s degree in education and has spent over 15 years living in Europe, educating others. She enjoys heavy weight lifting, cycling, and spending quality time with her family.
Rachel believes that all exercises should be functional and useful in everyday life; however, nutrition takes center stage. Our output is only as good as our input. Ensuring our body is fueled right will give us the energy we need to do the things we want. Rachel takes joy in sharing her passion for a healthy lifestyle with others.
