You have to “Get into the groove” to make new habits stick. Yep. I did it. I just quoted Madonna. Anyone who knows me will know that it is definitely not part of my regular repertoire. But it’s a much more fun way of saying “stay on task” or “start a new habit”. Carving out ten, fifteen or twenty minutes to take care of ourselves is totally possible. How often do we use a spare few minutes wastefully?
That’s why I created this quick and simple bodyweight workout. Schedule a session with yourself in your calendar and think of it as a daily wellness appointment. Would you cancel a doctor’s appointment on short notice?
