Herb Crusted Baked Salmon

Ingredients

4 portions of salmon

1/2 cup Panko Crumbs

1/2 cup of chopped dill

1 tbsp horseradish sauce

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp salt

1/8 tsp ground black pepper

1 tbsp grated parmesan


Method

Preheat oven to 350 F. Place fish portions on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle each portion of fish with parmesan. In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients. Press enough crumb mixture on top of each piece of fish so that they are covered. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes* or until it has reached a flaky and moist texture.

*Cooking time depends on the thickness of the fish.
